Kleard Ltd is a payments introducer. We hold the merchant relationship and introduce merchants to licensed payment partners, who provide the regulated services — and we're precise about that split on purpose.
Who we are
Introductions, done in the open.
Kleard exists to solve one problem: capable businesses in complex and specialist verticals often struggle to get a payment setup, while licensed providers struggle to reach and manage those merchants efficiently. Kleard sits in between — bringing the merchant and holding the relationship, so a licensed partner can do what it does best.
We are deliberately narrow about our role. Kleard is an introducer. Every regulated activity — acquiring, underwriting, boarding, settlement and safeguarding — belongs to the licensed partner, who holds the licence and the client funds. Kleard operates alongside MontaaPay Ltd, a sister company that runs the same introducer model in foreign exchange. Same principle, different product.
