Kleard exists to solve one problem: growing businesses often need help getting the right payment setup, while licensed providers value well-prepared, well-managed applicants. Kleard sits in between, working with the business and holding the relationship, so a licensed provider can do what it does best.

We are deliberately narrow about our role. Kleard is a consultancy. Every regulated activity, from the payments themselves to the approvals and the holding of client funds, belongs to the licensed partner, who holds the licence. You can see exactly where that line sits on our How it works page.

Kleard operates alongside MontaaPay Ltd, a sister company that runs the same model in foreign exchange. Same principle, different product.

How we're paid: Kleard earns consultancy fees and, where agreed, referral commissions from licensed providers, paid by bank transfer into Kleard's own business account. No client or third-party funds ever pass through Kleard's accounts.
